Whether you are single, married, facing an empty nest, enjoying retirement, or somewhere in between, we have small groups, events, and ministry opportunities for every stage of your life. Our adult ministry is designed to help you come to Christ in worship, connect with the church, grow deeper in the Lord with others, serve in the ways God has gifted you, and go spread the Good News.
Because Church of the Savior believes life-change will take place best in small communities we currently offer a variety of Life-Groups. You can read about each of them on the reverse of this card.
Life groups are small groups within the church that share life and Christian growth together. All groups do a common study, but each group has it's own character created by the make up of the group. The focus of this ministry is to create a more intimate environment where you can get to know others and create relationships that are encouraging and supportive.
The groups actively meet from September through May. The summer months are more informal get togethers, as decided by each group. You are invited to participate in a Life Group that works well for you and others in your family. Please contact Brian Noordyke, Life Group Coordinator, to have your questions answered or to connect with a group. 507.990.3973

Tuesday Morning Bible Study

What a great way to follow Jesus — through worship and praise. Perhaps you have gifts in the arts that haven’t been fully unwrapped yet. Whether it be music, visual arts, or the dramatic, consider using your gifts not only to bring praise to the Lord, but to build up the Body of Christ.
Promise Keepers is a group of men committed to a Christ-oriented ministry of building men up, through vital relationships, into godly influences on their world. We seek to Follow Christ, Build Community, and Share Hope by demonstrating the 7 promises of the PK organization.
1. Honor Jesus Christ through worship, prayer, and obedience to God's word in the power of the Holy Spirit.
2. Build vital relationships with other men, understanding we need brothers to help us keep our promises.
3. Pursue spiritual, moral, ethical and sexual purity.
4. Build strong marriages and families through love, protection, and biblical values.
5. Support the mission of our church, by honoring and praying for our pastor, and by actively giving our time and resources.
6. Reach beyond racial and denominational barriers to demonstrate biblical unity.
7. Influence our world by being obedient to the Great Commandment and Great Commission.
We meet every Tuesday morning from 6:30 a.m. to 7: 30 a.m. at the Rochester Athletic Club café for Bible study and discussion.
